Return Policy
We will not deal with the return which have following reasons:
- Errors or mistake in Text or format not caused by us
- The quantity for return is insufficient
- Due to environmental light, display and other reasons for the color difference between the website and the real product.
For Ease and Record,
You can write “Return” on the parcel. You’ll need to pay the return postage and for safety, we would recommend you use a recorded delivery service and keep the proof of postage.
Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Any items returned to us must be in their original condition, if they’re not, we may be unable to accept them. Where reasonable care hasn’t been taken with any items, we reserve the right to refund you in full, less any amounts due by way of compensation to either repair the goods or cover any loss.
Non-Returnable Products: Bespoke special products cannot be returned for refund or exchange.

Once your return is received and they are in their original condition, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 working days after approval
