Important Notes For Printing
Please Use PDF format to save the Artwork.
InDesign Illustrator
Please save as file in PDF format (such as complex transparency or feathering effect please split the transparency before save).
CorelDraw
Please save as file in PDF formats (for the design of special effects of graphics, please convert to the bitmap, bitmap resolution 300dpi)
Black text and black box line please turn into K100 before overprint (multiply effect) file resolution above 300dpi .
Bleeding
There must be 3mm bleeding added, print documents in CMYK color mode, do not use the RGB color mode. Please use the text and other important content at least 3mm (at least 6mm to the bleeding) away from the die-cut line.
Content/Text
All text in the file must be converted to a curve and create an outline.
Out line is not a part of design it’s just for measurements, if you need border line in design then must inform us.
Text, Wireframe and Barcode
For Black text, black wireframe and bar code, please use K=100 single black line and width no less than 0.08mm.
Below 0.08mm Line width will not be able to visible in printing.
Images Resolutions
Please make sure that the important image resolution in more than 300dpi, and the color mode is CMYK mode.
Image resolution less than 300dpi will affect printing effect
Position and distinction
The die-cut line, UV area, hot stamping area, please fill in a separate PANTON color and overprint color processing, name on top of color. Convenient printing process for position and distinction
White stroke staggered node
For words do not use the system font, if use may cause white stroke staggered node.
The text into curves, please note that the word or whether there is overlap or skip row disorder phenomenon. If there is a white stroke staggered node, with instruction processing can be scattered. Please do not use color overprint black text.
Suggest proofing before production
Color proofing, can check out the defects of design.
Proofing for you, is the finished product samples same as the goods, -you can check the size, the box color, text errors through the box proofing, if it is the first time to product, proofing, is a necessary part.
Display screen color, digital printing, offset printing
There are three kinds of equipment with different principle of creating color, so there is slight color difference come.
a) Screen display is composed of red (R), green (G), blue (B) light combination into a variety of colors, different display and the same display in different environments are showing a very large color difference. There is always light color difference in between screen display and final good.
b) Digital printing is the electrostatic imaging and inkjet imaging mainly for electrostatic toner, its ink is water-based ink.
c) For offset, the colors used by are Cyan, Magenta and Yellow and Black ink composition of various colors.
Color difference between the same batches.
The volatility of the offset printing machine, there will be a small difference between the same batch of printed matter.
Color difference between different batches of the same product.
Printing machine environment temperature, printing machine speed and so on will have the influence to the printing color restoration; different batch print has the certain color difference which is normal phenomenon.
Sample Confirmation
When final approval will receive from client after proofing or sampling then company will take not responsible for any design or color mistake which has been approved by client.
